2. KB4507453 failed with fault 0x800f081f

   this happens to me too and later on some tests I realized (in my case) that 0x800f081f occurs when I remove/uninstall edge using install_wim_tweak tool

   since I do a lot of tweaks/remove metro apps before connecting a Fresh Windows Install on Internet, I did some tests step past footstep on VM, formatting/reformatting/etc..

   1) Fresh Win install (18362.175) -> Update KB4507453 OK (Build 18362.239)

   2) Fresh Win Install (18362.175) -> Removed Apps/Win Tweaks -> Update KB4507453 OK (Build 18362.239)

   iii) Fresh Win Install (18362.175) -> Removed only EDGE with install_tweak_tool -> Update KB4507453 FAIL. (error 0x800f081f)

   So, by elminination, Border was the crusade of the trouble in my case. I'one thousand used to remove CONNECT too with install_tweak_tool, only I didn't test it.

3. KB4524570 Error 0x800f081f

   Nov update kb4524570

   I have 3 PCs - one running Windows Pro x 1903 x32 (upwards to Nov 2019), i a dual boot which both used Windows 10 1903 pro x64 again upward to November, and i running Windows ten Enterprise 1903 x64.

   The Nov update kb4524570 installed without trouble on the Enterprise system.

   It installed OK on the dual boot secondary OS (not the default boot Bone)

   Still on the Windows x32 and the default Bone of the dual boot PC (x64), the update consistently fails to install with the error 0x800f081f

   On both failed updates, the process gets to xx%, and so jumps to 44%, then jumps to 100% then fails.

   NONE of the suggested fixes or remedies work, including re-installing the net.frameworks.

   Both also shows the optional update to 1909, download it OK and once more fails to install with the same error 0x800f081f

   And this is the Windows update ???
